I’m Catherine, a mother to 5 darling kids: 3 boys and 2 girls. I am a mechanical engineer living in Bandon, Co. Cork, Ireland.

Currently juggling working in an IT business with family life.

Finished the WSET (wine and spirits education trust) advanced course in June 2009 and so my spare time lately is taken up with all things wine. Have recently also restarted running which I thoroughly enjoy as my escape and “clear my head” time.
